If you are placing an order with us online, you must be on file with us, regardless of what your first order is. This means that we have to have a signed order form and a copy of your driver's license on file. If you do not have these things on file with us, it will just delay your order. You only have to do it once and then you can order whenever you would like. Go to our order form page to print out the order form there. Then you can use that to fill out and send in. Please be sure to include your email address (if you have one) because we will email you a copy of your invoice once your order has been processed. Also, if your order is going by UPS the email will include a UPS tracking number. .

Order Processing Fee & Volume Discounts:
Due to the all-time high fuel costs, our inbound and outbound freight is costing us twice as much as it did a year ago. UPS is currently charging us $1.75 per box in addition to their listed rates as a 'fuel surcharge'. Although UPS has been charging these additional fees, we have not passed them on to you, nor have we been charging a 'fuel surcharge' to each order to pay the additional costs of our inbound freight. Because our overall pricing is already lower than the competition, we can no longer absorb these fees and we can no longer give the additional volume discounts that Firefox alone has been giving to club members and on volume orders. It makes no sense to give a discount, then charge it back to cover the fuel surcharges that everyone is now charging additionally. Be of good cheer, these ridiculous fuel costs are bound to come down sooner or later, right? In the meantime, we are still lower on our prices overall and we still give our normal volume discounts on items throughout the catalog like chemicals, paper supplies, plastics, ignition supplies, etc. There are volume price breaks on items throughout the catalog as listed. The more you order, the better the price. Feel free to ask us about pricing on full drums and cases of product. We can often discount on these items because we have less labor and packaging tied up in it.
In an effort to keep our labor down and keep prices overall lower than our competition, we have eliminated the 6% fuel surcharge and implimented a 3% Order Processing Fee on every order, including sale items and orders for items or quantities that are not listed and/or special quoted. Please include this charge when figuring your order.

If your order contains any of the chemicals listed below in a limited quantity and normally would be shipped by UPS without a hazmat fee, we are not able to ship them this way either. We have approval to ship most hazmat type chemicals in limited Qty's by US Postal Service avoiding any Hazmat fees normally imposed if shipped by UPS.

The following Oxidizers are restricted to 1 lb per year WITHOUT a current ATFE Manufacture License:

If the oxidizers you need are not listed above as restricted, they can be ordered with no restrictions. Order as much or as often as you like without an ATFE (see info listed with each chemical).Those not requiring an ATFE are so listed throughout the catalog.

All of our paper tubes 10' long or shorter require an ATFE to purchase, this also includes the smoke canisters in the Smoke kits. We now supply longer cans in our smoke kits that you simply cut to length, therefore, NO ATFE IS REQUIRED TO ORDER OUR SMOKE KITS. Any tubes longer than 10' DO NOT require an ATFE.

As you browse the web, Firefox helpfully remembers lots of information for you – sites you've visited, files you've downloaded and more. All of this information is called your history. However, if you are using a public computer or share a computer with someone, you may not want others to see these kinds of things.

This article explains what information is stored in your Firefox history and gives you step-by-step ways to clear all or part of it.

• To temporarily stop Firefox from storing history, see Private Browsing - Use Firefox without saving history.

• Browsing & Download History: Browsing history is the list of sites you've visited that are shown in the History menu, the Library window's History list and the address bar autocomplete list. Download history is the list of files you've downloaded that are shown in the Downloads window.
• Form & Search History: Form history includes the items you've entered into web page forms for Form autocomplete. Search history includes items you've entered into the search field on the New Tab page or into Firefox's Search bar.
• Cookies: Cookies store information about websites you visit, such as site preferences or login status. This includes information and site preferences stored by the Adobe Flash plugin. Cookies can also be used by third parties to track you across sites. For more info about tracking, see How do I turn on the Do Not Track feature?.
  Note: In order to clear cookies set by Flash you must be using the latest version. See Updating Flash for instructions.
• Cache: The cache stores temporary files, such as web pages and other online media, that Firefox downloaded from the Internet to speed up loading of pages and sites you've already seen.
• Active Logins: If you have logged in to a website that uses HTTP authentication since you most recently opened Firefox, that site is considered 'active'. Clearing this logs you out of those sites.
• Offline Website Data: If you've allowed it, a website can store files on your computer so that you can continue to use it when you are not connected to the Internet.
• Site Preferences: Site-specific preferences, including the saved zoom level for sites, character encoding, and the permissions for sites (like pop-up blocker exceptions) described in the Page Info window.

1. Click the Library button , click History and then click Clear Recent History….
2. Select how much history you want to clear:
   • Click the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear to choose how much of your history Firefox will clear (the last hour, the last two hours, the last four hours, the current day or everything).
   • Use the check boxes to select what information you want to clear from your history. Your choices are described in the What things are included in my history? section above.
3. Click the button. The window will close and the items you've selected will be cleared from your history.

If you need to clear your history every time you use Firefox, you can set it to happen automatically on exit so you don't forget.

1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.Click the menu button and select ...

2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the History section.

3. In the drop-down menu next to Firefox will, choose Use custom settings for history.
   
4. Check the box for Clear history when Firefox closes.
5. To specify what types of history should be cleared, click the button next to Clear history when Firefox closes.
6. In the Settings for Clearing History window, check the items that you want to have cleared automatically each time you quit Firefox.
7. After selecting the history to be cleared, click to close the Settings for Clearing History window.
8. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

Note: Under certain circumstances, this function will not run: Firefox developer edition ubuntu.

• Firefox did not shut down normally. If Firefox crashes, you will need to start Firefox and exit/quit normally to ensure that this function runs.
• Firefox is set to use automatic private browsing. History retained from regular sessions can only be cleared from a regular window. To change between regular mode and automatic private browsing, see: Private Browsing - Use Firefox without saving history.

1. Click on the menu button to open the menu panel.Click the Library button on your toolbar. (If you don't see it there, click the menu button then click Library.) Click History and then click the Show All HistoryManage History bar at the bottom to open the Library window.
2. Search for the website you want to remove from your history by typing its name in the Search History field in the top-right corner and then pressing EnterReturn.
3. Then, in the search results, right-clickhold down the Ctrl key while you click on the site you want to remove, and select Forget About This Site.
   All history items (browsing and download history, cookies, cache, active logins, passwords, saved form data, exceptions for cookies, images, pop-ups) for that site will be removed.
4. Finally, close the Library window.
